The Snakes set presents a modern, daring aesthetic designed for players who appreciate the allure of python-inspired luxury. A deep forest green backdrop is layered with a sleek black snake pattern, creating a refined contrast that feels contemporary yet distinctive. The Joker tiles feature artfully coiled serpents, adorned with a refined diamond motif.
For added versatility, this set offers an alternative backing: a rich green tortoise shell design, providing a sophisticated variation while maintaining the same striking tile faces throughout.
The Exotics Collection was designed for the discerning player who appreciates bold, luxurious animal prints—reimagined with a modern, refined sensibility. Each element in the collection is illustrated by an artist, ensuring a level of craftsmanship beyond AI or digital clip-art designs. Rich jewel tones of garnet, emerald, and sapphire elevate the aesthetic, creating a palette that is both striking and sophisticated. The tiles are designed for effortless recognition, featuring Dots, Bams, Craks and Dragons that are easily distinguishable and bold numerals, identifiable even in low-light settings. A four-layer stack completes each set.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your tiles, avoid exposing them to excessive heat or moisture. Do not leave tiles in a hot vehicle or submerge them in water. For routine care, a soft microfiber cloth is sufficient. If deeper cleaning is required, use a small amount of water with a mild dish soap, then dry each tile thoroughly. For storage, keep tiles in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
As with all acrylic tiles, natural signs of wear—such as light surface scratches—may develop over time with use. Proper care and storage can significantly minimize these effects and maintain the tiles’ refined appearance.
We are committed to ensuring your experience with our tiles, mats, and accessories is nothing short of exceptional. Our goal is for you to feel the same sense of excitement and delight upon receiving your set as we did when we first opened the very first collection we created.
Due to the nature of premium acrylic materials, minor imperfections—such as fine surface marks—may be present and are considered a natural characteristic of the medium.
However, more significant flaws do not meet our standards. Conditions such as deep scratches, pronounced dullness, or delamination should not be present in a new set.
If you notice any such issues upon opening your tiles and prior to handling, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of your purchase date so we may promptly evaluate and resolve the matter.
We are also mindful of industry-wide concerns related to layer separation or the appearance of bubbles or cloudiness beneath the clear acrylic surface. While we have carefully selected a bonding process designed to minimize these occurrences, we understand they may arise. Should you experience any of these conditions within six months of purchase, please contact us at hello@mahjalamode.com with your receipt, along with a description and photographs of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually, and concerns related to the manufacturing process will be addressed accordingly.
