Shipping policy

We have a flat shipping rate of $9 for all purchases under $500. Orders above $500, excluding tax, will ship free. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Shipping.

You can expect to receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. We are unable to change the shipping address, order details, or shipping method once the order ships. Please review your confirmation to make sure all the information is correct.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of purchase for standard shipping (1-7 business days transit). During busy times, including sales, processing may be delayed. 

Expedited shipping is available with an additional shipping charge and will be processed within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed after 12 pm CST will ship out the following business day. Any orders placed after 12 pm CST on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will ship on Monday or the next business day.

UPS 2-Day or Next Day Air, when available on in-stock items, will still ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed after 12 pm CST on Friday will process on Monday or the next business day.

We currently ship to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories.

Once an item ships, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipment has been confirmed as delivered.

Pre-orders & In-Stock Items Purchased Together

If you have placed an order for a pre-ordered item, none of your order will ship until the pre-ordered items are in stock. If you would like to receive items that are in stock before the pre-ordered item arrives, please place separate orders for the in-stock items and the pre-ordered items.
